GYM FLOOR

We previously purchased and installed an epoxy flooring system to to bring a new life and updated look to the floor, making the care and upkeep easier. This epoxy is now wearing out and we are raising funds for a more permanent solution.

BOTTLE FILLING STATIONS

We purchased and installed new water water fountains with bottle filling stations for the school. Providing filtered water for the students as well as helping to protect the environment.

AUDITORIUM LIGHTS

During the 2016-17 school year the Friends purchased new lighting for the school auditorium. The old lights which included the original floor lights where in disrepair and unusable. The new wireless lighting configuration is programmable and uses cutting edge LED technology

LIBRARY RENOVATION

Our school library had been largely unchanged since the building was built in the early 1900's and as a result was under utilized. The Friends updated the space with new decorating, furniture and much needed technology making the room a functional resource for all students and teachers.

AIR CONITIONING

Realizing that a comfortable learning environment is essential to a students success, The Friends of Rogers was instrumental in raising and securing funds for the installation of Air Conditioners in each classroom throughout the building.

AUDITORUM SOUND

The Friends of Rogers purchased a new sound system for the Auditorium. The system included a new Mackie sound board, QVS amplifier JVC pa speakers and an array of wireless microphones.

LOCKERS

The Friends were instrumental in securing funding for new Lockers installed throughout thebuilding.

COMPUTERS

The demands of technology in elementary school curriculums increases every year. The Friends have purchased 24 laptops to be used in various classrooms.
